The Chrismukkah Cookbook is #786,526,444 on the New York Times best seller list!

Hey! Where is everybody? No boycotts? No protests. No press releases condemning Chrismukkah from William Donahue ? No hate mail from the fundamentalists? No Fox News editorials? No pundits on TV shouting about us taking Christ out of Christmas? No one's even mildly offended? Only 49 shopping days before Chrismukkah. I'm sitting with 2,999 out of 3000 copies (Thanks Mom) of my freshly minted self-published, limited-edition book: Chrismukkah: The Merry Mish-Mash Holiday Cookbook. Book signing tour dates to be announced.

Actually I am really dissapointed. I'm Catholic and my husband is Jewish, I was so excited by the idea of a company combining the sentiments of both religions into tasteful cards and products, but instead you've ripped the meaning of both holidays out the season. Yes I'm pissed, not only did you take the Christ out of Christmas but the miracles out of Hannukah! And you've managed to reduce it to the same cheezy raindeer and snowmen as the commercial crap. Thanks for the lack of encouragement that there are other couples that continue to practice their faith, build a happy home of Judeo-Christian ethics, and still honor one God this season that has brought all of us so many miracles.

Danny Bee here:

Ron and TEAM BOOK -

You have made a fantastic cookbook, full of great recipes and wonderful humor and great color photos, this is one seasonal compendium that should really find a place on American bookshelves, at home and in the kitchen! A really fantastic production, and I hope word gets out and orders start coming in. In fact, I think this book will get picked up by a major publishing house later and turned into a nationwide bestseller, it really deserves a place in libraries and homes nationwide. When the news media starts reviewing the book, word will start spreading email by email. You got a winner here! More power to you!

Danny
