Getting Started

We're visiting my home town for the summer, giving Minna and Michelle the essential New York summer experience. It's hot and humid and occasionally stinky in our Upper West Side Neighborhood, and we've gotten into the habit of hanging out with all the nannies at our corner playground. This is MacLaren stroller country. Our sublet has a WiFi hi-speed DSL connection, so I'm relatively content. There are lots of card shops within a few blocks, and we've been doing our greeting card research... making sure our pricing is fair and competitive. Most of the creative work has been done. Rachel Pearson, our designer has put the final touches on the design work. Michelle has built version 1.0 of the web site. I'm still messing around with the copy. We're doing our first print run next week, and we plan to be ready to ship by September 1st.
